| Committing to a team must be honored all season. Athletes that are placed on AZVC teams take spots of athletes that were cut and wanted to be on the team. Respect your team and honor your commitment by attending all practices, CET sessions and tournaments. | Parent commitment to all team activities is just as important as the player’s commitment. |

| All AZVC athletes will Ref or Score at every tournament and no athlete is to leave the gym until the entire team is done with a Ref assignment. The AZ Region will charge a $150 fine to any team that leaves before a Ref assignment is completed. | Travel tournaments are not a vacation and team activities are determined by the coach. A team mentality is required at all tournaments in ensuring that the needs of the entire group are met sufficiently. Parents are welcome to join the team in any activity that the coach plans. Players are to stay with their team at all times during the travel tournament unless discussed with the Coaches prior to the tournament. | Travel tournaments are not a vacation and team activities are determined by the coach.
