Elite Fitness is a sports training program that focuses on athletes speed, running form, jumping form, power, quickness, footwork, core strength, balance, coordination, strength , vertical, and anaerobic endurance.

This partnership is very exclusive and is designed to put the “AZVC athlete” in the most optimal position to achieve more athleticism to help you advance to the next level in volleyball. 

THE FORCE TREADMILL
Elite Fitness is one of only two locations in Arizona where athletes can train on "The Force" (nickname: The Beast.) The Force is a stationary, programmable “sport loading” platform designed specifically for speed, acceleration, and athletic power training. The system works by tethering the athlete in place so that they become the “drive” or the motor mechanism for the track. The output or ground reaction forces generated by the athlete determine the work, acceleration, and top speed capabilities of the Force product. Functionally, these Ground Reaction Forces are specific to the over land or true game conditions that all athletes encounter in their sport—making Force training highly effective for preseason, in-season and even rehabilitation training.

SPORTS NUTRITION:
Nutrition is essential to maximizing performance and maintaining good health. Optimal nutrition promotes increased energy levels, improved body composition, and decreased recovery times.

SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY:
Many athletes have experienced what is known as being “in the zone,” where their performance seems automatic and effortless. While this is the goal for many athletes, it is more typical for athletes to perform when they are not in this automatic, optimal-performance zone. Learning to perform when not “in the zone” requires athletes to be mentally skilled; focus effectively; and manage their thoughts, emotions, and actions during competition. If there are two athletes of the same talent and ability, it is the one that takes the time to mentally prepare that will win the competition. Which athlete would you like to be?

YOGA:
It has been proven that a combination of yoga along with cardio and weight training is the perfect cross-training regimen to keep you strong and flexible, bringing balance back to your body.  

Elite Fitness also offers group training classes, personal training, and nutritional analysis to assist in ones health and fitness endeavors.
