Arizona Volleyball Club Payment Policy:

Payments are due on the outlined dates.  Please mail in your payment (cash, check, credit card/debit card) with your payment coupon.  Credit card payments can be made over the phone.  Please do NOT give your payment to your Coach. 

All fundraising will be calculated and subtracted from remaining payments and an email will be sent with new payment details.
 
$25 Late fee  
$25 Return Check fee
